These terms govern your use of the Our Little Movie website and your purchase of a custom animated video ("the Service"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

"Our Little Movie" ("we", "us", "our") is an independent creative studio operating the website ourlittlemovie.com. You can reach us at hello@ourlittlemovie.com.

2. Payments

Our Little Movie is the seller of record for your order. Payments are processed for us by PayPal. When you check out you are taken to a secure PayPal-hosted page where you can pay with your PayPal balance or a debit or credit card. PayPal collects and processes your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number. Your statement will show a charge from PayPal / Our Little Movie.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank or PayPal may convert the amount to your local currency. Our Little Movie operates from Israel; the export of digital services to customers outside Israel is not subject to Israeli VAT, and no separate sales tax is added at checkout. You are responsible for any import tax or duty that may apply where you live.

3. What you receive

One custom animated video, produced from the photos and information you provide, delivered as a digital MP4 file.
The length, number of scenes, number of photos, and number of revisions depend on the package you purchase, as described on the pricing page.
Delivery is digital only. Nothing is shipped.

4. Timeline

We aim to deliver your video within 3–5 business days of receiving all of your photos and story details. Complex projects or high demand periods may take longer; we will tell you if that is the case. Revisions are completed as quickly as we reasonably can.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates and details. We are not liable for errors in the video caused by incorrect information you supplied.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, that sexualises or endangers a minor, that promotes violence or harm, or that infringes anyone's rights.
We may decline or stop work on any order that breaches these terms, and will refund you for work not yet done. We may report unlawful content to the authorities.

6. Consent and content warranty

By submitting photos, video, audio or written details for your order, you represent and warrant that:

you own, or have a valid licence or permission to use, every image and piece of content you provide to us;
every identifiable living person shown in your content has consented to being depicted in a personalised animated video created from that content;
for any person under 18 shown in your content, you are that person's parent or legal guardian, or you have the express permission of their parent or legal guardian;
no content you provide is confidential, misleading, or supplied in breach of any agreement or court order;
your use of the finished video will comply with these terms and with applicable law.

You are solely responsible for obtaining these consents and permissions. We are entitled to rely on your representations and are not obliged to verify them. If we reasonably believe a submission breaches this section, we may pause or cancel the order and refund you for work not yet done.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Our Little Movie, and its owner and contractors, from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) content you submitted to us; (b) a breach by you of section 5 or section 6; (c) your use of the finished video; or (d) any allegation by a third party that content you provided, or the video made from it, infringes their intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.

8. Revisions and satisfaction

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. We will make reasonable adjustments to scenes, text, timing and music within the scope of your package until you are happy. Requests that go beyond the original brief (for example, adding scenes or people not in the agreed story) may require an upgrade or a new order.

9. Intellectual property and usage

When your video is delivered and paid for, you receive a licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes — to watch, share privately, play at an event, or post on your own social media.
We retain ownership of our production methods, templates, and any stock or generated assets used to build the video.
We may show your finished video, or parts of it, as a sample of our work only if you give us permission. We will ask first, and you can decline or withdraw that permission at any time for future use.
If you need broader commercial or brand-usage rights, contact us before ordering.

10. Use of AI tools

We use modern animation and AI-assisted tools to produce your video. As part of production, your photos and details may be uploaded to and processed by third-party software services under their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not create deepfakes, face swaps, voice impersonations, or content using anyone's likeness without consent, and we only work from materials you supply and warrant you are entitled to use. Every video is written, directed, edited and reviewed by a person.

11. Refunds

Because each video is custom-made, refunds are limited. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the animated result will match any specific artistic expectation, only that it will be a good-faith, professional interpretation of your story in our style. Animation and AI-assisted tools have limitations, and small imperfections in likeness, text or motion are a normal part of the medium.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Payment and chargeback disputes may also be raised with PayPal under PayPal's Buyer Protection and its own terms. 14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force for your order is the one published here on the date you place it.
